Course objectives
Management and Control in Public Administration (KRRKVS) The course focuses on acquisition of practical skills in preparation and realisation of decision-making processes in public administration. In the first part, students will be introduced to the theory of the decision-making process, the second part covers decision-making processes typical for effective public administration, and the third part presents the basic methods of control of public administration, placing special emphasis on financial control. Examination: oral.
