Syllabus
  • Psychological and sociological particulars of university study.
  • Flexible strategies and modification of original expectations. Training in communication. Effective strategies for adapting to changing conditions and work enviroments. Cooperation, participation, listening skills, preference of values, motives and motivation, reception and comprehesion of the role.
  • Social psychological training in heightened self-awardness, in the intensification of the social perception, in the improvement of the overall style of social behaviour, in the adaption of the necessary social psychological skills.
  • Strategies for preparing and conducting competitions for promotion positions.
  • Team work, conflict avoidance, creation of good working atmospheres.
  • Typical situacions and consecutive training in the reaction stress factors.
  • Leadership skills: management, leading the work team, use of the motivating staff, applying the effective processes and procedures, the organization of work and effective time management, delegating of work responsibilites and the creation of efficient teams. Female and male management styles, managing oneself and personal effeciency.
  • Stimulation of the development of personality, self-reflection, relaxation.
  • The Basics of employment, trade and criminal regulations.
  • Phenomenon of unemployment and perpectives on its resolution.
  • Quality of the private life and the feeling of personal satisfaction.
  • The four-day final course with an intensive assertiveness training.
  • Cooperation with experts: psychologists, sociologists, educationalists, lawyers, phisicians and managers.
