- Main objectives can be summarized as follows:
to undestand the basic of research from the legal viewpoint, from the public morality, public budgets, public competition and legal infrastructure of the research in the European Research Area and the Czech legal framework; to understand the topics of unfair competition law and scientific integrity; to understand the principles of research ethics - Syllabus
- The basic notions of research, public morality, public budgets, public competition and legal infrastructure of the research
- Research related aspects of the intellectual property rights, f.i. the acces rights etc.
- The European Research Area
- The scientific integrity and the case studies
- The ethics of research and its legal consequencies, f.i. in the labour law etc.
