Course objectives
The course is more recommended to the advanced but even beginners can participate in. The course involves running at medium and higher pace in flat as well as hilly terrain surrounding the Canoeing Centre of MU.The basic requirement for this course is the desire to run and the ability to run a few kilometres at medium pace at least.

Assessment methods (in Czech)
Zápočet student získá za docházku v uvedené kvalitě: 1x je možno neomluveně chybět 2x absence z důvodu nemoci 3x je možno nahradit zameškanou výuku v průběhu zkouškového období Současně musí student absolvovat více než 50% přímou docházkou v semestrální výuce. Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality: more than 50% of the direct attendance is required - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
