Course objectives
Cílem je porozumění rozdílu v tréninku různých věkových kategorií (žáci, kadeti, junioři, senioři), rozdíl v zápase žen a mužů. Praktická část: osvojení si složitých technik zápasu

  • Theory: 1. Specialities in wrestling of pupils, senior pupils, juniors and seniors 2. Specialities in wrestling of women 3. Coordinating skills in wresling 4. New rules in wrestling (FILA) Practice: 1. Reversion twists - front, back 2. Throwing over shoulders 3. Throwing in the bent position
