Course objectives
The course introduces students to psychological approaches to health and to basic paradigm of harmonic balance of personality. Via theoretically practical approches the students learn to manage coping strategies and to increase their frustration tolerance in the area of sports activities.
Syllabus
  • The course of Health psychology includes the basic paradigm of harmonic balance of personality in relation to bio-psycho-socio-spiritual component of personality. It includes both theoretical and practical pieces of knowledge from the area of motor activities and their impact on quality of life, wellness and healthy life style.
  • Cultural, historical and situational impacts that také part in the lifelong development of an individual.

  • Sports movement activities and health.
  • Sports movement activities and quality of life.
  • Social support.
  • Integration and inclusion of the ill within the context of primary education.
  • Wellness – healthy life style.
  • The impact of sport and movement activities on the development of communication skills.
