Course objectives
The course is designed as a theoretical foundation for the various sports sectors and disciplines. Students will acquire basic knowledge about the structure characteristic of sports. Application of this information into practical exercises will allow individual activity in the process of learning of motor sports. Interdisciplinary background object can be found in disciplines such as: theory of sports training, physiology, Anthropomotorics, anatomy, biochemistry, psychology and pedagogy.

Teaching methods
Theoretical lectures.
Assessment methods
Requirement for passing the writing test (technique, determinants of specific sports). The test contains 30 test questions matched a total of 50 points, to meet the need to get 35 points. The student demonstrates how to test theoretical knowledge and ability to apply this knowledge in a particular issue.
