At the end of this course the student will be able to: Interpertovat knowledge of history, technology, methodology, training and age on a specific athletic disciplines
Syllabus
  • Syllabus athletics: 1 Rules and Regulations competitive athletics, as arbitrators 2nd History and distribution of athletics, athletic structure 3rd hour Sprints and relay runs, basic warm-up 4th Obstacle races 5th Runs on the middle and long distance runner 6th Long jump and triple jump 7th High jump and pole-pole   8th Shot put, throwing a basis for strengthening 9th Discus and hammer 10th Javelin throw a ball 11th 12th all-around athletic Youth Training

Assessment methods
Teaching is through seminars and lectures. Attendance is mandatory - is tolerated opt for 2 hours, the absence of further evidence to be omluvenkou. Module is completed courses graded credit and examination. The course ends with an oral examination in which students must be able to apply their knowledge of knowledge areas: Technique and history of athletic disciplines Didactics athletic disciplines Training and athletics rules
