Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to: Discuss the theoretical knowledge of sports training focused on individual athletic disciplines, including specific training of youth
Syllabus
  • Internal and external determinants of sports performance   athletics; Morphological functional adaptation in the context of the various athletic disciplines, the process of motor learning in athletics, cross-country load and jumping athletic training (race), volume, intensity and size of the load in terms of cross-country disciplines, volume, intensity and size of the load in terms of jumping disciplines, volume, intensity and size of the load on the intention vrhačských disciplines, volume, intensity and size of the load on the all-around, volume, intensity and size of the load in terms of various youth levels, specific exercises used in a training process of athletic disciplines; Recovery and regeneration; Implementation compensatory requirements
