- Course objectives
- The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle The course is more recommended to the advanced but even beginners can participate in. The course involves running at medium and higher pace in flat as well as hilly terrain surrounding the Canoeing Centre of MU.The basic requirement for this course is the desire to run and the ability to run a few kilometres at medium pace at least.
