Course objectives
Broad objective is to explain basic concepts.Students of this course will develop a solid basic and apllied understanding of the relationship between nutrition and exercise.

  • 1. Basic nutrition concepts 2. Energy balance 3. Carbohydrates 4. Proteins 5. Fats 6. Vitamins 7. Minerals 8. Water, Water balance, Hydration status assesment 9. Sport food 10. Supplements 11. Nutrition before, during and after exercise 12. Nutrition and exerciese and special populations
