Course objectives
After the course students will be familiar with the practise of Indian yoga.

Participants should be ready to:
- understand fundamental role of the breath during practise of asanas
- get the basic conception of relaxation techniques in yoga
- be aware of the fundamental relationship of developement of human body, breath, emotions and mind
