Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle The course introduces dancing techniques: country,folk, jazz, rock-n-roll, steppe, M.Graham and J.Limon techniques, choreography and improvisation. The course will be complemented by elements of practice of correct posture, removal and prevention of muscle imbalance, strengthening and stretching.
Syllabus
  • The course contains the rhythmic practice,the isolation of the movement of particular body parts and their harmonization, posture training, dancing technique practice: walk, run, jumps, turns. Further it deals with improvisation techniques, floowork, creativity, and training of short dancing combinations formed with acquired techniques.

Studetns present a short dancing combination. Tutorial assessed with a credit The credit is given to students for the attendance of a certain quality - 1 possible absence without apology - 2 more possible absences with the list of apology - 3 more lessons can be compensated during the examination time
