- Course objectives
- The course is a practical mastery of physical skills focused on recovery and rehabilitation of the body. Activities are focused on prevention and follow-on states, primarily associated with the weakening of the locomotor apparatus. Students will also learn skills that can be used in recreational activities and acquire skills in their application of interdisciplinary relationships. The course is the acquisition of skills for dealing with helping a tired swimmer, and personal intervention in drowning.

- Swimming physically debilitated - specifics, forms. Use of swimming ways to regenerate Modification of swimming modes for individual weakness. Use of swimming aids. Loading modes and their response in the body. Helping a tired swimmer. Personal intervention, principles, specifics, addressing specific situations, life saving equipment. Swimming ways, their positives and negatives for use in swimming health Fundamentals of Synchronized Swimming Exercising in water - Low water and without aids Exercise in the water - deep water, with and without aids Circuit training Releasing and stretching exercises
