Prerequisites (in Czech)
Absolvování předmětu Lyžování z předcházejícího bakalářského studia. Studenti sestaví baterii vhodných pohybových aktivit vzhledem k alokaci, profilu terénu a specifické skupině (zátěž, časová dotace - prostřednictvím semináře), provedou vstupní testování a měření (In-Body, terénní zátěžový test - sporttester, výsledky laboratorního zátěžového testu), aplikují pohybový program (organizace, vedení a vyhodnocení programu) cílové aktivity a provedou vyhodnocení navrženého programu.

Course objectives
Students completing the course will be able to build on the basis of diagnosis and implement an outdoor program for a specific group of clients (the athletes of different performance, women, elderly, etc.)in the natural environment. Students will be able to analyze the health risks associated with outdoor program on the basis of the prevention of injury and chronic musculoskeletal damage customize an exercise program design environment including the client's needs. Students will be able to diagnose the effectiveness of the intervention program through modern measuring methods (In-Body, sport testers).
