- Students compile a battery of physical activities in relation to allocation, terrain profile and a specific group (load, time allocation - through workshops) carried entrance test and measurement (In-Body, outreach stress test - heart rate monitor, a laboratory stress test results). In exchange form then applied exercise program (organization, management, and program evaluation) target activity (nordic walking, hiking, trekking, mountain biking, water sports) and perform an assessment of the proposed program

- Course objectives
- Outdoor activities represent programs through the application of muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility in the natural environment, are a way correction of general physical health. This course is designed for students to gain experience in organizing summer outdoor physical activities and exercises, including health policies and practices. These principles apply to personal characteristics (age, gender, destination activities, case study client) and focuses on the application of health programs with regard to health status, such as the values of heart rate, body composition, body measurements, analysis of energy intake. The course includes lectures, demonstrations and students' active participation in the activities of summer outdoor activities (Nordic walking, mountain biking, hiking, ...) Students completing the course will be able to build on the basis of diagnosis and implement an outdoor program for a specific group of clients (the athletes Various performance, women, elderly, etc.) in nature, especially the alpine environment. Students will be able to analyze the health risks associated with outdoor program on the basis of preventing injury and chronic musculoskeletal damage customize an exercise program design environment including the client's needs. Students will be able to diagnose the effectiveness of the intervention program through modern measuring methods (In-Body, sport testers).
