- Theory and practice of downhill skiing - Alpine disciplines. Practical training of downhill skiing techniques focused on improving the individual disciplines. Theoretical lectures - Analysis of skiing technique builds on previous articles (biomechanics, physiology ...) atvoří set of knowledge for didactics.
