Course objectives
The course of acrobatic yoga does not involve a classic type of yoga exercise, but it is a kind of exercise in pairs. It is a combination of acrobatics, yoga, Thai massage and stretching. Acrobatic yoga is becoming more and more popular, but people in our country are still not very familiar with it. You do not need to come with your partner and any previous experince is not required. We will exercise in variously mixed pairs. During the lesson we will practise basic poses. After the acrobatic part of the lesson, stretching and the basics of Thai massage in pairs will follow.
