Course objectives
The aim of subject is provide knowledge about specifics Strength and Conditioning Trainig (army, police, firefighters, security). The another goal is to educate students about planning, periodization and leading Strength and Conditioning Training in above mentioned groups.
Learning outcomes
After succesfull comletion of the subject "Strength and Conditioning Training) in individual sports student will be able to:
to interprete basic of planning and periodization coditioning preparation in selected groups,
to apply general structure of factors influenced perfomance in selected groups,
to realise programs of conditioning training for selected groups,
to present recomendation in recoverable processes and regeneration.

  • Lectures:
  • Adaptation on high stress load,
  • Physiological adaptation and bioenergetics of activities tactical groups,
  • Nutritional recomendation for tactical groups,
  • Testing and evaluation of fitness in tactical groups,
  • Development of strength abilities in tactical groups,
  • Planning, periodization of strength training in tactical groups,
  • ,speed, agility in training of tactical groups,
  • Flexibility and mobility in programs of tactical groups,
  • Endurance training in tactical groups,
  • Physiological problems and risks of damage musculosceletal system in tactical groups
  • Seminars:
  • Preparation of motion programs for tactical groups
  • Examples of excersises, methods of development and stabilization of specific training in tactical groups,
  • Examples of testing and evaluation of tactical groups.
