Course objectives
The main aim of the subject is to extend the student´s knowledge about the technique of training positions and the analysis of individual movement activities. Another objective of the course is to provide the student with the theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of athlete´s regeneration which is one of the main determinants of performance.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course the student is able to:
1. define the physiological settings of joints and body segments
2. analyze the training program in terms of the optimal physiological adjustment of joints and body segments
3. assess the condition of the locomotive apparatus in relation to the prevention of overload
4. create an appropriate regeneration program based on physical activity
5. evaluate changes before and after application of athlete´s regeneration to biochemical and performance indicators
