Course objectives
The main goal of the course: The aim is to improve the level of motor skills and healthy lifestyle in students. Further, the goal is to support the self-knowledge and the correction of disbalances, and to achieve satisfaction with one's own posture. It is a complex exercise that will teach you how to handle the body better, to improve the motor intelligence and the body language. The course include the exercise helping to develop the right posture habits in all common daily activities, such as sitting, standing, walking, preventive exercises. Next, the exercise supports the improvement of the stability of the lumbar spine, and the elimination of back pain and muscle imbalance. Besides, the exercise of the course involves the HSS (deep stabilization system) muscles effectively. The weakened muscles are strengthened, the shortened muscles are stretched, non-active muscles are activated by the use of various aids (bosu, rollers, overballs, elastic ropes, dumbbells, strengthening bands).
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will be able to: - to perform basic exercises to stretch and strengthen various muscle groups correctly. The goal is the self-knowledge, th correction of disbalances, and the achievement of the satisfaction with one's own posture.

  • Curriculum: -The acquaintance with the basic principles of the Pilates method -The acquaintance with the basic principles of Dorn's method -The introduction to the basic principles of Spiral Dynamics (SM system) -Training and mastering stretching exercises (stretching) -Training and mastering the exercises strengthening the HSS (deep stabilization system)

For exercise, it is advisable to have comfortable loose clothing, preferably made of natural material, and your own towel for the mat (you do not need your own mat).
