Course objectives
Aerobic training to improve physical condition and burn fat. Aerobic part 30 – 40 minutes of spinning (intensive interval) + 20 minutes of strengthening the whole body – interval training with the use of aids.

  • - introduction of the basic principles of exercise - the bases of the system - training and mastering the basic configuration - practising the advanced methods
