Course objectives
Exercise of a strength nature with an emphasis on variety, during which we will strengthen the whole body. He exercises both with his own weight and with equipment such as rubber bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, BOSU and others. We alternate load intervals of different intensity with rest intervals. The exercises are dynamic and static in nature and aim to properly activate, strengthen and improve physical condition. Strengthening is always accompanied by a thorough warm-up and relaxation of the body.
