Course objectives
The aim of the lesson is to make students acquainted with basics of ice hockey and figure skating. Methodology of figure skating and ice hockey training.
Syllabus
  • Ice hockey training, individual activity in ice hockey, skating training, training of stick handeling skills, shooting and individual various game activities. Figure skating – rings forward on the inner and outer edge, preparatory eights, three-turns, three-jump, arabesque, spin on both legs, toe-loop, half lutz, half flip.
