Course objectives

The aim of specialization of athletics course is practical leading of athletics training in each of athletic disciplines.

Syllabus (in Czech)

Osnova: 1.den Opakování techniky běhů, běžecká abeceda, nízký start. Nácvik racionální techniky skoku o tyči , korekce chyb. Speciální odrazová cvičení, „tyčkařská“ gymnastika. 2. den Nácvik racionální techniky trojskoku a skoku dalekého kročným způsobem , korekce chyb. 3. Nácvik racionální techniky vrhu koulí, korekce chyb. „Koulařská“ gymnastika. odhody medicinbalu z různých poloh. 4. den Nácvik racionální techniky hodu oštěpem, korekce chyb. Soutěž ve skokanském čtyřboji. (Organizují si studenti sami). 5. Plnění praktických zápočtových požadavků Písemná a ústní zkouška
