Course objectives
Annotation: Theory: acquisition of theoretical knowledge according to the outline Practice: going through and trying out the theoretical knowledge in practice
Syllabus
  • Theory: Law and sport, marketing, management, aesthetics, doping prevention, physiotherapy Talents selection, individual age groups training specifics Leading world leading skaters techniques analysis Figure skating biomechanics Factors determining figure skating performance Practice: Figure skater’s general training (body building, jumping exercises, modern dancing, general gymnastics, athletics, stretching, ballet, aerobics, etc.) Special coaching practice (health-pedagogical monitoring, practice analysis, etc.) Methodological outcomes Technique and methodology of triple jumps Using sport testers to create and analyze a practice Monitoring a figure skaters practice Figure skating rules in practice (solo, pairs, ice dancing, precision skating)
