The course is provided for optional PE only. Psychomotor Games are the continuation of Introduction to Psychomotor Games. We recommend you to attend the subjects in the above mentioned order. In Psychomotor Games we focus more on active creation and independent participation and direction of psychomotor activities.

Course objectives
The course is a continuation of preceding course p831 PE – Introduction to psychomotor games. Its goal is to introduce students to other psychomotoric activities and nontraditional tools.
Syllabus
  • Psychomotorics is an entertaining education via motion and feeling expression that help us to find the self as well as the world around us, to enjoy motion and experiences. It enables us to develope the personality with all its variations including handicaps. It uses various aids which can bring new comprehension and perception. It uses music and some other aspects, such as drama, rhythm, relaxation and massage to influence the positive emotions.
  • Body language - of individuals, pairs, triplets, groups
  • Greatness expression (extension)
  • Space expression
  • Contact move and touches (even with closed eyes)
  • Group waving - move transition
  • Stress and relaxation
  • Psycho and energy stimulation
