Abstract
Psychomotorics is an entertaining education via motion and feeling expression that helps us to find the self as well as the world around us, to enjoy motion and experiences. It enables us to develope the personality with all its variations including handicaps. It uses various aids which can bring new comprehension and perception. It exerts music and some other aspects, such as drama, rhythm, relaxation and massage, to influence the positive emotions. Dance is one of the basic mankind expressions.It has been developed as the means of the feeling and mood expression as well as of personality balance and is maintained up to these days.
