Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle The course p801 is a continue of the course p975 and p805. It focuses on football which is one of the most popular team games. Students extend their knowledge of its rules, individual game activities and combinations via training and the controlled game.Students also deepen their knowledge of the basic principles of correct recreational sports training and improve their sports abilities and fitness. Thanks to the active participation students acquaint football better - as a recreational sport which is an important part of their lifestyle and which can help compensate a lack of move in their mainly sedentary way of "study" life.
