Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to: Project design, preparation, financial analysis of tourist events
interpret the findings of orientation in the field using map, compass, GPS and significant landscape features
manage the provision of security and First Aid tourism
Plan a choice of a suitable destination for hiking
Differentiate and select the appropriate geographic area for the implementation of the trip hiking (hiking, secured routes)
organize tourist trips within the trip, modification of the planned route
establish a procedure for managing a team of alpine tourism
Syllabus
  • Project, preparation, financial analysis and implementation of tourist events
  • Orientation in the field using map, compass, GPS and significant landscape features
  • First aid in tourism, security, tourist events
  • Selecting the appropriate destination for hiking, taking into account the current state of health of clients
  • Selection of the appropriate geographic area for the implementation of the trip hiking (hiking, secured routes)
  • Planning a tourist trip within a trip, modification of the planned route
  • The management group problem solving situations
  • Organization of tourist event - the practice
