Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to: Project design, preparation, financial analysis of tourist events
interpret the findings from     field orientation in using maps, compass, GPS and significant landscape features
manage the provision of security and First Aid   tourism
Plan a suitable choice of destinations for winter tourism
Differentiate and select the appropriate geographic area for the implementation of winter hiking trip
organize tourist trips in   the tour, modification of the planned route
establish a procedure for managing a team in the winter tourism
Syllabus
  • Project, preparation, financial analysis and implementation of tourist events
  • Orientation in the field using map, compass, GPS and significant landscape features
  • First aid in tourism, security, tourist events (avalanche risk)
  • Selecting the appropriate destinations for winter tourism with regard to the current health status of clients
  • Selection of the appropriate geographic area for the implementation of winter hiking trip (skitouring, snowshoes, ski alpinism)
  • Planning a tourist trip within a trip, modification of the planned route
  • The management group problem solving situations
  • Organization of tourist event - the practice
