Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
- class karate in combat sport system
- show and explain basic karate movements acording to curriculum
- be prepared to pass 9. kyu degree karate exam
- understand and explain aplication of karate as a martial art to the lifelong development process and sport training
Syllabus
  • - karate in combatives system
  • - basics of karate theory
  • - preparatory exercises (basic stances, turns, shifts)
  • - technical means of karate(oi cuki, age uke, soto uke, gedan barai, mae geri, joko geri keage)
