Course objectives
Main objectives can be summarized as follows: Annotation in language of instruction. The aim of this subject is to take up Common didactic and to make the right fundamentals in the tutional process during the classwork in hockey and figureskating.
Syllabus
  • First at all is to improve the method of tution of the single students with the aim to observe the basic didactics princips, with the view to exploitation methodical organization forms. The subject is directed for didactic demonstration of the students during their classes.Outline of demonstration: skating forward and backward, stopping, cornering, crossovers forward and backward, cornering on the inner and outer edge forward, turns, small jumps and games on the ice, the use of stretching to prevent injuries, rings forward on the inner and outer edge, preparatory eights, three-turns, three-jump, arabesque, spin on both legs, toe-loop, half lutz, half flip. Ice hockey- hockey activities of individual, trining of hockey skating, training of technics, training of goalkeepers, training of tactic, training of bacic systems and combinations, organization, training games. Part of the load is warming-up, stretching, loosening and stretching exercises along with mentioning safety regulations when teaching skating.
