The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Piloxing is a fitness programme which consists of 3 main parts: PILATES, BOXING and DANCE. Pilates is a slow exercise where the core muscles are correctly involved in the process of performance. It improves the muscle strenght and elasticity. Boxing is a system where slow exercise is alternated with energetic and strong punches. Dance includes the basic movements from all dance styles. It moves the lessons of Piloxing to a hihger puls frequency and makes them more entertaining. The aim of the course is to improve students´ fitness, to develop the locomotory skills, to learn and master the elements of pilates, boxing and basic steps of different dance styles
Syllabus
  • 1. To learn basics of Staning Pilates, Boxing 2. To connect particular elements and parts of Pilates, Boxing and dance into simple choreographies 3. To connect body building and stretching to reach a balanced effect on all muscle parts 4. To train basic dance steps and to join them into dance variations 5. To dovelop the locomotory, coordination and dance skills 6. To train and exercise problematic muscle areas

- exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - 3classes can be misses and there is no need of any apology - the substitution of more absence sis not allowed
