Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities - the support of students healthy lifestyle - the course focuses on mastering basic practical climbing skills on the artificial climbing wall - the theoretical knowledge of sports climbing is also acquired
Syllabus
  • The aims of the course are to introduce the climbing enviroment, basic climbing terms and orders, how to use the climbing material, to develope trust, self-confidence, self-assuredness. The basic climbing techniques as well as practical skills and theoretical knowledge of bouldering are introduced.

Practical exercises and theoretical grounding
Assessment methods
Exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance. 3 classes can be misses and there is no need of any apology. The substitution of more absences is not allowed.
