Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: Apply basic knowledges and skills of climbing,protection and rope manipulation, these are necessary for safety moving in rock climbing terrain
Syllabus
  • 1) Safeness, basic terminology, manipulation, climbing styles, equipment for rock climbing
  • 2) Rope manipulation, basic knotts, protection gears
  • 3) Moving and lead protection.
  • 4) Leading, protection, rope manupulation on anchor, descending
