Activ volleyball player at least at the regional championship. Basic volleyball skills.

The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
Objective is obtaining theoretical knowledges and practical skills durring, preparation trainers 1. and 2. class by specialist, science and methodical side.

  • Theoretical and practical mastering play activity individual -fitness preparation in volleyball -systematics and terminology in volleyball
