Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle SPINNING programme is a fitness programme based on riding a special stationary bicycle called SPINNER. It takes place indoors with special training programmes, music and it is guided by trained intructors. Students who have never done sports as well as those who want to improve their fitness or to shape their body can enroll. No special skills are required. SPINNING programme does not burden joints and tendons.

- exercise, credit - the credit is given to students for the attendance - 3classes can be misses and there is no need of any apology - the substitution of more absence sis not allowed
