Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve: - the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness - the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress - the support of students healthy lifestyle Summer sports courses focus on fitness, different locomotory skills, and hiking helps to improve the cognition of enviroment.
Learning outcomes
After finishing the course the student will be able to cope skills related to the type of individual courses.

  • Courses are divided according to the focus. The content of each course is given by the nature of the course, which is communicated to students in the information before signing up for the course

These specific, “intensive” summer PE courses will take place in May - September 2021 just in case that the pandemic restrictions are cancelled. If not, the courses will NOT take place and your registration will be automatically cancelled. Therefore, please do NOT register the courses if you have to get the PE credit in the spring semester 2021. Then, choose from other semestral PE courses as these WILL take place. The courses will be divided according their specialization - hiking, biking, sports games, fitness training, water sports, aerobics and others. The content of each course is determined by its aim, and will be communicated to students by e-mail. You can also find the information displayed at the website of the University Sports Centre.
