Course objectives
Hormonal Yoga Therapy for Women by Dinah Rodrigues is a health therapy. A series of exercises that is repeated and has complex effects on the body and psyche. Exercise detoxifies, rejuvenates, harmonizes and regenerates. Harmonization of the hormonal level is ensured by breathing, exercise and mental concentration on the organs in the body. The quality of the skin and hair improves, and the immune system works better: In particular, viral immunity is strengthened. Fertility, libido and gynecological health are improved. Sample lessons lasting 60 minutes will include a warm-up, a demonstration of exercises from the set and relaxation. Harmonization of hormones in the body already occurs during a sample lesson. Coordination and movement skills are improved. Both brain hemispheres harmonize. Both spatial orientation and right-left orientation are developed. Training to perceive the needs of your body. Negative effects on the body such as prolonged sitting, intensive work with a PC or mobile phone are reduced. Blood circulation and detoxification of the body occur.
