Course objectives
Objectives of the course is:
to understand the role of general nurses in the health care system
adopt the principle of a healthy lifestyle
know the contents of primary prevention learn the principles of communication with the sensual disabled, elderly, dying and survivors
learn ways of cooperating health and social workers
Syllabus
  • The concept of nursing in   Czech Republic.
  • Types of nursing care (primary, secondary, tertiary, home, palliative)
  • Primary prevention
  • Lifestyle
  • Professional relationship nurses and client / patient.
  • Patients' rights.
  • Social aspects affecting the effect of hospitalization and therapy
  • Somatic and psycho-social change for selected groups of individuals   elderly, disabled sensual, dying, survivors.
  • The social and health workers
