Course objectives
This course covers process of public procurement, mainly issues of control and corruption cases.
Syllabus
  • 1. Main problems and corruption risks; 2. Control of public procurement process (selected cases); 3. PPP – Public-Private Partnership; 4. Selected cases of public tenders and PPP in the Czech Republic.

Lectures, class discussion.
