Course objectives
The aim the course is to provide theoretical knowledge and practical skills in obtaining, storing and visualization of data in political science and media studies. The students will get familiar with relevant data sources and with the ways how these data can be managed and convert into visual communication.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, a student will be able to independently obtain, manage and visualize data related to political science, media analysis and political communication.

Lectures, seminars, ongoing assessments.
Assessment methods
Eight short assessments (1-2 pages) aimed on topics from seminars, each for 10 points. Final exam in form of combined assessment for 20 points.
