Course objectives
Teaching students in the field of media management. Preparing students to manage a department or newsroom and then be able to combine multiple directions in the media necessary to master the role of a capable manager and to function media company: modern management, task manager system; personnel, economic and legal agenda; marketing and PR; psychology, ethics and humanity; business policy and advertising; management, strategic planning, visioning; crisis management of the editorial office during emergencies crisis ( content ) management necessary for emergency broadcasting; outward representation of the medium.

managers and departments - necessary for the role of director of news and journalism

"positioning" the editor-in-chief to the media owner - maintaining
independence and objectivity of the broadcast, while maintaining the credibility and profitability of the medium
budgeting for individual departments as well as the whole - CSP
budgeting for emergency broadcasts and special programmes
managing the team during a crisis situation - in and out
management of broadcast content during an emergency situation ( assassination of the Prime Minister, floods, major political or social events, etc. )
knowing how to recruit companies to work with and do pricing
basics of HR - staff selection, salary setting, growth and proper definition, motivation; workshops, teambuiding, training, internships abroad

coordination of production of reports with the advertising and marketing centre

Testing - to test students how they were able to perceive the role of a manager with the whole agenda and whether they can solve or manage crisis situations according to the models presented in the lectures.
