Course objectives (in Czech)
The course aims to introduce a current topic to the students via international cooperation between Masaryk University and Juniata College. Students will not only learn about the class topic, but they will use their knowledge for international cooperation with American students. In the Czech-American groups, the students will compete in a project on the topic and learn through cultural exchange. The class will be organized specifically - having partly online lectures and consultations/time for project completion.

- understanding a crucial current political and cultural topic;
- finding a solution to covering such a topic;
- ability to cooperate interculturally;

- lectures, class discussion, group projects, reading
Assessment methods (in Czech)
To complete the course, students must complete the intercultural cooperation project and write a solution-journalistic piece on the topic.
