- Course objectives
- The aim of this course is to explain the legal regulation of the choosen types of international business law transaction. The emphasis will be place on understanding of the legal regulation of international sale of good transaction. Students should be able to interpret and apply the Vienna Convention of International Sale of Goods after passing this course.

- 1. Legal regime of the International Sale of Good Transaction

- 3. Obligatins of the seller according to CISG
- 4. Obligations of the buyer according to the CISG
- 5. Remedies for breach of contract by the seller
- 6. Remedies for breach of contract by the buyer
