Course objectives
At the end of the course studnets should be able to understand basic problems of the Lithuanian Constitutional Law to explain the cnostitutional development to work with the Lithuanian Constitution.

  • I. The Historical Constitutional Backround. II. The Creation of the Constitution of 1992 III. The Base of the Constitutionality IV. The System of Constitutional Authorities V. The Base of the Constitutional Responsibility VI. The Current Political and Social Situation in the Lithuania.
