Course objectives
There will be made up some mixed groups of students, where each of them will consist of one or two students from both of faculties: Faculty of Law and Faculty of Economics and Administration. The main group task will be to create simulated enterpriser with detailed specification, which will be defined by concrete entrepreneurial plan. The advanced project plan of setting up an enterprise with possible risk evaluating should be the main output of this course. The target of this course aims at the offering a possibility to imitate the realization student's entrepreneurial plans, to investigate particular questions inherent to this problem area. This is a way, how to interconnect realization of practical knowledge and skills progress with the utilization of theoretical background obtained by the existing university studies. Higher attitude of the next graduates to apply of acquired skills helps them to integrate into labour market easier and simplify to give rise to their new enterprises as well.
Syllabus
  • The target of the course The target of the course is to offer a possibility of create and realize the students’ enterprises intentions as well as to probe particular problematic tasks linked to above mentioned target. Through such a structure it will be possible to put into effect a progress of practical knowledge and skills based on mastered theoretical ground. Higher attitude of the future graduates to apply of procured knowledge make easier to them to integrate into labour market and to give rise to their new enterprises as well. The outline 3rd week – Opening class Students will be informed about form of classwork and all requirements. Lectors: ESF Doc. Ing. Petr Pirožek, Ph.D Mgr. David Póč PrF JUDr. Petr Mrkývka, Ph.D. JUDr. Dana Šramková, Ph.D. Place: ESF, Lipová 41a 5th week – Project identification Students introduce the product object, define the enterpriser and all points of law relevant to the enterprise setting up. There will be presented also the other important topics at this class: the location of enterprise, the character of production, the management identification and tasks and so on. . Lectors: ESF doc. Place: PrF, Veveří 70 7th week – Determination of relevant market subject Market analysis is other important task that students will face. Such a topic consists of marketing plan (SWOT analyse, disparity,…), identification of competitors, possible contractors and consumers, way of lunching the market, advertising, setting the risk management plan,… Lectors: ESF Ing. Pavla Odehnalová PrF JUDr. Josef Šilhán Place: ESF, Lipová 41a 9th week – Realization schedule Students compile the time schedule and the realization of particular steps to enterprise setting up. This program unit count with economic and financial analysis elaboration, which can be specified as: revenues and expenditures plan, cash flow analysis, financial sources identification, capital investments statement atc. Petr Mikuš PrF JUDr. Dana Šramková, Ph.D. Place: PrF, Veveří 70 11th week – Law terms of the projects The contents of this class is to carry out all steps to fit all legal demands connected with running on enterprises: registration - at the beginning, working out the employment contracts and meet all labour protection norms and creation of intradepartmental directions. This means that documentation relevant to asking for grants from European Union funs and other commercial contracts will be worked out. Lectors: ESF Mgr.
