- Course objectives
- Discussing the merits of individual crimes under Head I to XII. Criminal Code, as well as the various stages of criminal proceedings. The aim is to create a summary of various offenses of criminal law, to prove the facts to apply in practice, have an overview of the specific stages in which criminal proceedings are ongoing. Obtaining the ability to orientate yourself in the rights and obligations of the bodies of criminal proceeding.
- Syllabus
- The merits of the specific crimes of the Criminal Code from Head I - offenses against the Czech Republic, to Head XII. - Crimes of the military. Various stages of criminal proceedings: the preparatory proceedings, a preliminary examination of prosecution, main trial, appeals procedures, enforcement, the issue of deviation, a special proceeding.
