- Course objectives
- The aim of the course is the knowledge of theoretical and practical questions of basic notions and institutes of real estates and their systemic position. The course continues the course Civil Law I. and Civil Law II.
- Syllabus
- 1. Ownership in the larger interdisciplinar frame. 2. Ownership in the juridical sense. Property law. 3. Ownership in the (european) comparison and its ways of development. 4. The acquisition of the property law, the change and ending of property law. 5. Protection of property. 6. Legal interests. 7. Mortgage. 8. Easements. 9. Others kinds of jura in re.
